Crowdthermal is an international research project that aims to empower the European public to directly participate in the development of geothermal projects with the help of alternative financing schemes (crowdfunding) and social engagement tools.
Eimur- Sustainability innovation & design workshop brings together university student from Iceland and abroad to participate in development projects in NE-Iceland with a holistic approach. The focus of the workshop is sustainability, innovation diverse utilization.
This Idea Challenge on the utilization of geothermal resources in food production in Northeast Iceland is held by EIMUR in cooperation with Íslensk verðbréf, Nýsköpunarmiðstöð Íslands(Innovation Center Iceland) and Matarauður Íslands(Iceland’s Culinary Treasures).
This Idea Challenge on the utilization of low to medium enthalpy resources in Northeast Iceland is held by EIMUR in cooperation with Íslensk verðbréf and Vaðlaheiðargöng ehf. There are no restrictions on the type of utilization being suggested. The goal is to receive varied ideas on the utilization of low to medium enthalpy resources.
