On the 20th of October, the IACN (International Arctic Collaboration Network), along with Eimur, SSNE, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Rannís will host a webinar under the title: Regional Development and Food Security in the Arctic: The Role of Geothermal Energy.
The webinar will be in english and starts at 16:00 GMT. Participation is open for all and you can register at: https://arcticiceland.is/en/webinars. The programme is available on the webpage.
The list of speakers is comprised of international experts in the field of geothermal energy, food production, arctic affairs and the economic life. A representant of the Ministry for Foregin Affairs with provide opening remarks to this webinar, which is the first in the Arctic Cooperation Webinars Series, organized by the IACN.
